You may return new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with the purchase. Products that have been used will be refused. If the return is a result of our error, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and delivery charges if applicable.
Additional Guidelines
Items that are not refundable:
- Items more than 7 days after purchase or delivery
- Refrigerated items
- Fresh items (e.g. Fruits and Vegetables)
- Items that has signs of use
- Damaged or defective items (If the original item is damaged or defective, or if an incorrect item was shipped, you may receive credit for these items).
The above does not affect your consumer rights.
