How Do I Cancel My Order

Once an order has been placed in the online store and you would like to amend or cancel, you will need to contact us immediately quoting the order number and provide details of any changes or amendments to the order. Once the order has shipped, we are unable to cancel or amend the order.
The order number would have been provided in the e-mail response when placing your order in the online store. Alternatively, you can login to your account and retrieve the order number. Contact details of the stores can be found by clicking the STORE LOCATOR.
