Hsu Fu Chi Food was established in 1976, and expanded into the China Market in 1992.  In 1975, BVI Hsu Fu Chi Holding was established when Transpac Industrial (Singapore) and acquired a stake into Hsu Fu Chi Food company.  A subsidiary Dongguan Hsu Fu Chi Food was established in the heart of Dongugan to be group’s firm foundation in the vast China confectionary industry.
